Articles
Write for headless sites or publish to WordPress.
Articles come with authors, categories, tags and search. Use the WP Pipeline to publish to WordPress, or Next.js Pages to serve articles through the public API with RSS, sitemap and llms.txt included.
Creating an article
- 1Open Create new article and choose a headless page (recommended) or WordPress as the destination.
- 2Choose the article source: the SEO content map, a custom brief or RSS news.
- 3Set the format and persona.
- 4Build the outline and details.
- 5Generate the article, review the result and finish it in the editor.
- 6When it is ready, submit it for review.
Article statuses
- Draft: being written or edited.
- Pending review: waiting for a reviewer to approve.
- Approved: ready to publish.
- Published: live on the site.
- Archived: taken out of circulation.
Editing the content of an approved article cancels the approval and returns it to pending review.
Authors, categories and tags
- Create author profiles and assign them to articles. An article without an author cannot be published.
- Categories and tags are managed per workspace.
- The public API can filter articles by category, tag and author.
Version history and trash
- A version is saved automatically before publishing and before AI edits.
- Use Save recovery version to keep a version at any point.
- Pick an earlier version from the list to restore it.
- Deleted articles move to the Trash, where an admin can restore or permanently delete them.
