Pricing FAQ
Is there a free trial?
Yes: 14 days and up to 5 AI articles, free. Apply through the form and, after a quick review, we normally email your sign-in details within 2 business days. No card is needed and nothing is charged when the trial ends; subscribe to a paid plan if you want to continue.
Do prices include tax?
The large figures exclude tax. The tax-included amount (10% consumption tax) is shown underneath.
What if we need more AI articles?
Buy an article pack (10 articles for ¥2,980, ¥3,278 incl. tax) or move up a plan. Unused articles do not roll over.
How is one AI article counted?
Each AI-generated article counts as one, including up to 5 AI images. An article generated without AI images, using your own photos or library images instead, counts as half. Images you upload never count toward articles, only toward image storage.
What if we need more users or storage?
Users, sites and image storage are available up to your plan's limits. When you reach a limit, please move up a plan; we don't currently sell extra users or storage on their own. Enterprise plans set limits individually.
Can we change plans?
Any time. Upgrades apply immediately, with the difference prorated by the days left in the period. Downgrades apply from the next renewal date.
How do we pay?
By credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB and others). Enterprise plans can also pay by invoice: closed at month end, due by the end of the following month, bank fees paid by you.
How do cancellation and refunds work?
Cancel any time and keep access until the end of the current period. We do not refund partial periods. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy for details.
Do you help migrate from our current CMS?
Yes. Keep your current site live while content models, editorial flow, and destinations move in stages. We map the plan with you in the demo.
