Posting days

With fewer posts than days, posts are spread out across the chosen days.

Pick a start date to see the schedule.

Runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you enter is uploaded.

How to use

  1. 1Enter your article topics, one per line, in the order you want to publish them.
  2. 2Pick a start date, posting days and posts per week; topics are assigned to dates from the top.
  3. 3Check the list or weekly view, then export a CSV or an .ics file you can import into Google Calendar or Outlook.

When it helps

  • Laying out the first few months of posts when launching an owned-media site.
  • Sharing a rhythm like "every Tuesday and Thursday" on the team calendar.
  • Turning grouped keywords into article topics with real dates.

FAQ

What if posts per week is lower than the chosen days?

Posting days are spread out across the chosen days. For example, Monday to Friday with 3 posts a week gives Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

What time are the .ics events?

They are exported as all-day events with no time, so the date stays the same in any time zone.

Are public holidays skipped?

No. Holidays and days off are not taken into account, so adjust the schedule after exporting if needed.
